UCF Knights Head Coach Josh Heupel was interviewed Monday night by ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt. The interview first aired at halftime of the Monday Night Football game between the New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers.
The full interview aired on Van Pelt’s SportsCenter that aired after Monday Night Football.
Heupel talked about the UCF football program, having College Gameday at UCF, winning the national title at Oklahoma, and Kirk Herbstreit coming to UCF.
Van Pelt’s Sportscenter on Monday night did a 2.1 TV rating, which made it one of most-watched TV programs on cable. That makes Heupel’s appearance even bigger with such a big platform and audience giving UCF huge national exposure.
