The 2001 UCF Baseball team was, without doubt, one of the best in school history. But according to Jason Arnold, a star pitcher on that team, there's no doubt it was the best.

Arnold, a 2001 UCF graduate and six-year minor league veteran, is now the head baseball coach at Eastern Florida State College in Brevard County. He joined Jeff Sharon and Eric Lopez on the latest edition of the Black & Gold Banneret Podcast Summer Sessions to talk about his UCF career, his journeys in the minor leagues, and his experiences as a coach now. He also discusses his friendship with his fellow UCF star hurler Justin Pope, and what he sees in the current UCF Baseball team that has him and other alumni excited.
