Tim Brando of Fox Sports joined Jerry O’Neill and me on The Finish Line on 96.9 The Game in Orlando on Thursday.
Brando discusses his thoughts on the Knights' 2018 season, the pressure on new head coach Josh Heupel, and the chances of UCF of running the table again.
Brando, who has UCF 10th in his poll, discussed issues in college football and what teams like UCF that are not in the "Power 5" have to deal with, not having a chance of making the current playoff format. He explains why the national media is part of the problem that McKenzie Milton and UCF are up against. He also talks college football playoff expansion possibilities and hit upon other topics during the interview.

Brando will be on the call for Scott Frost's first game as Nebraska's head coach on Saturday, September 1st when Nebraska hosts Akron on FOX at 8pm. Brando will be working with Spencer Tillman and Holly Sonders this season on Fox Sports and FS1.
