Two games in, it’s clear who the darling of the 2019 NBA Summer League is: Tacko Fall.
The former UCF Knights center is turning heads in Las Vegas in his first two games with the Boston Celtics.

Monday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Fall impressed the Vegas attendees with 12 points on 5/5 from the field in 11 minutes of play, including 2/2 at the line, plus two rebounds, an assist and a block.
Here are the highlights:

Perhaps most impressive was this clip of his defense, where he is something of a cheat code in terms of affecting or denying shots:

Here’s Tacko’s post-game interview on NBATV after the Celtics’ win in their second game:
This followed his debut on Saturday, when Tacko scored 6 points on 3/4 from the field in ten minutes of play, and the crowd raised itself each time he went to the scorer’s table to check in, let alone when he got the ball:
The Celtics’ next game is against the Denver Nuggets Tuesday at 8 p.m. on ESPN2, followed by their last game against the Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday at 10:30 p.m. ET, also on ESPN2.
