The 2010s was a decade of high success and transition for the UCF Knights Women’s Soccer program. UCF made seven NCAA Tournament appearances, which is the most of any UCF athletic program for the decade. The Knights reached the Elite 8 for the fifth time in program history in 2011, and made the Sweet 16 in 2014.
The Knights won the C-USA regular season championship in 2010 and C-USA Tournament title in 2012, and then took The American regular season championship in 2013, 2014 and 2017 while winning the AAC Tournament in 2013.
What is remarkable about all this success is that UCF has done it with two different head coaches. Amanda Cromwell left UCF after 2012 season to take the UCLA job, and was replaced by fellow USWNT alum Tiffany Roberts Sahaydak, who has been in charge of the program since 2013.
Regardless of who the head coach has been during the decade, there hhaveas been plenty of talented of players that have continued the program’s success. But who was good enough to make All-Decade Team?
Reminder that to be eligible for the team, you have had to play it least one season between 2010-2019.
Here are our picks:
