Another week of NFL football down, another week of UCF Knights alumni showing out on the gridiron.
Let’s take a look at how these former Knights did in Week 5:
WR Gabe Davis — Buffalo Bills
Davis was a bright spot in the Bills’ 25-20 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in London. He had his best game of the season so far, recording six catches for 100 yards and one touchdown, which extended his touchdown streak to four games.

S Richie Grant — Atlanta Falcons
Grant recorded three solo tackles, one of which was a tackle for loss, in the Falcons’ 21-19 win over the Houston Texans.
K Matt Prater — Arizona Cardinals
Prater went two-for-three on field goal attempts in the Cardinal's 34-20 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
WR Brandon Johnson — Denver Broncos
Johnson recorded nine receiving yards on one reception in the Broncos' 31-21 loss to the New York Jets.
RB Latavius Murray — Buffalo Bills
Murray recorded two carries for six yards in the Bills’ loss.
DB Mike Hughes — Atlanta Falcons
Hughes had one solo tackles in the Falcons’ win.
LS Alex Ward — Los Angeles Rams
Wards served as a long snapper for two field goal attempts and four punts in the Rams’ 23-14 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
DT Kalia Davis — San Francisco 49ers
Davis dressed in the 49er’s 42-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys but did not record any stats.
Notable News:
- Shaquill Griffin of the Houston Texans was ruled inactive prior to the Texans-Falcons game due to a calf injury earlier in the week during practice.
- Jordan Akins and Charley Hughlett did not play because the Cleveland Browns were on a bye week.
