Sunday Knight Football: NFL Week 7

With Week 7 of the 2023 NFL season in the books, let us once again go over the performances of former UCF Knights playing in the NFL:

S Richie Grant — Atlanta Falcons

Grant recorded eight tackles, five of which were solo tackles, and one interception in the Atlanta Falcons’ 16-13 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

WR Gabe Davis — Buffalo Bills

Davis recorded one catch for six yards in the Bills’ 29-25 loss to the New England Patriots.

RB Latavius Murray — Buffalo Bills

Murray recorded eight yards on four carries in the Bills’ loss.

K Matt Prater — Arizona Cardinals

Prater was one-for-two on field goal attempts and one-for-one on extra point attempts in the Cardinals’ 20-10 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

LS Charley Hughlett — Cleveland Browns

Hughlett served as the long snapper for four field goal attempts, three extra point attempts, and five punts in the Browns’ 39-38 win over the Indianapolis Colts.

LS Alex Ward — Los Angeles Rams

Wards served as the long snapper for three field goal attempts, one extra point attempt, and four punts in the Rams' 24-17 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

DT Kalia Davis — San Francisco 49ers

Davis dressed in the 49ers’ 22-17 loss to the Minnesota Vikings but did not record any stats.

TE Jordan Akins — Cleveland Browns

Akins dressed in the game but did not record any stats.

WR Brandon Johnson — Denver Broncos

Johnson dressed in the game but did not record any stats in the Broncos’ 19-17 win over the Green Bay Packers.

DB Mike Hughes — Atlanta Falcons

Hughes dressed in the game but did not record any stats.
