College Baseball is around the corner, and many schools have already announced their 2022 College Baseball schedules. Although the UCF Knights haven’t officially announced their schedule, they are on some of those other teams’ schedule announcements for the upcoming season.

So we decided to look around college baseball and see which teams have scheduled UCF already, and there are some pretty interesting match-ups afoot.

This schedule is not complete, nor is it official. Like we said, UCF has yet to announce its full schedule, and of course, everything is subject to change. As the last few dates fall in, we will be sure to update this article.

So, here’s what we’ve found out so far:

Home vs. UNF 2/22, 3/13, at UNF 3/11, 3/12

UCF took the 2021 season series against UNF 3-1, winning two games at home and one on the road.

At Georgia Southern 2/25-2/27

The Knights will travel to take on Georgia Southern who went 34-23 in 2021 season finishing 2nd in the Sun Belt eastern division.

Home vs. Stetson 3/1

Stetson took both games over UCF last season in their home-and-home weekday matchups.

Home vs. Ole Miss 3/4-3/6

Ole Miss announced their schedule in September which includes details of the Rebels coming to Orlando to take on the Knights on weekend of March 4-6. Last season, UCF went to Oxford and won 2 of 3 from the then-ranked #1 Rebels.

Ole Miss figures to be ranked very high once again in 2022.

Home vs. Miami 3/16, at Miami 5/11

The Knights will host Miami on March 16 and travel to Coral Gables on May 11. The two programs have not played since the infamous March 11, 2020 at UCF which was the last day before all sports shut down due to COVID.

At Florida State 3/22-23

The Knights will travel for 2 games to Tallahassee to take on Florida State, who made the NCAA Tournament in 2021 and figures to be in Top 25 polls. UCF dropped its only game to the then-ranked #15 FSU squad last season.

Home vs. UNCG 3/18-3/20

UCF will host UNCG on weekend of March 18-20. UNCG went 27-25 in 2021 under Billy Godwin who is former East Carolina Head Coach and is entering his 3rd season at UNCG.

Home vs. FAU 3/29, at FAU 4/5

UCF split the 2021 season series with Florida Atlantic 2-2, with each team winning one game at home and one game on the road.

At Jacksonville 4/12, Home vs. JU 4/19

Jacksonville pulled off an incredible Cinderella story to win the ASUN championship and reach the NCAA Regionals after going 16-34 (3-15 ASUN) last regular season. UCF split the 2021 season series with Jacksonville 2-2, with each team winning one game at home and one game on the road.

Vs. USF 4/1-4/3 (AAC Opener) and 5/6-5/8 (Locations TBD)

Locations for these match-ups are not set as of yet, as these were made solely off of schedule deduction. UCF took the 2021 regular season series over USF, 5-3. However, UCF fell to USF 8-7 in the AAC Championship tilt.

At Memphis 4/8-4/10

Once again, another matchup realized through schedule deduction. UCF took the 2021 regular season series over Memphis, 3-1. UCF also beat Memphis 17-1 in the AAC Tournament.

Home vs. East Carolina 4/14-4/16

UCF split the 2021 regular season series with ECU 2-2 and also split two games with the Pirates in the AAC Tournament.

At Wichita State 4/22-4/24

Wichita State was the first AAC team to release their 2022 schedule. UCF dropped the 2021 regular season series to the Shockers, 3-1.

Home vs. Tulane 4/29-5/1

UCF dropped the 2021 regular season series to the Green Wave, 3-1.

At Houston 5/13-5/15

UCF swept the 2021 regular season series to the Cougars, 4-0.

Home vs. Cincinnati, 5/19-5/21 (Regular Season Finale)
