The Cincinnati Bearcats received the second-most votes (seven) to win the conference. The Knights edged Cincinnati in total points, 204-201.
The Memphis Tigers, who captured the conference championship in 2019, finished third in the poll with two votes. The Navy Midshipmen got one vote.
