Shaquem Griffin is back!
According to ESPN’s Field Yates, Griffin has been signed from the practice squad and will be available to play when the Seahawks host the Cowboys tomorrow.
The Seahawks have promoted LB Shaquem Griffin from the practice squad to the active roster for Week 3. He and twin brother Shaquill get to go work together again Sunday.

This week, the Seahawks placed OLB Bruce Irvin and DE Rasheem Green on injured reserve, which created some holes in the front seven. This allowed the Seahawks to make the move and bring back their 5th round pick from the 2018 NFL Draft.
Griffin was surprisingly cut by the Seahawks three weeks ago right before the start of the regular season, but was signed to the practice squad the next day after clearing waivers.
With Shaquem returning to the active roster, the Griffins become the third pair of brothers to currently be on the same roster, joining Derek and T.J. Watt on the Steelers and Devin and Jason McCourty on the Patriots.
Welcome back to the Seahawks, Shaquem! Go Knights, Charge On!
