In a special video interview, former UCF Knights QB McKenzie Milton joins us for a wide-ranging conversation about his career at UCF and his football future:
We open by talking about his former teammate, the late Otis Anderson, and what he meant to him (0:00-6:38). He also discusses coming to UCF, building connections with his teammates, starting the Hawaii pipeline to UCF, and making the jump from his freshman to sophomore season. (6:39-14:01).
We also discuss KZ’s relationships with the last three UCF head coaches in Scott Frost, Josh Heupel, and Gus Malzahn, as well how he wants to help UCF going forward (14:02- 16:30). KZ describes what it was like to be back on the field playing this season, and his playing future, with his goal of playing in the NFL (16:31- 21:55).
We wrap by talking about what it was like to play at Bounce House (21:56-22:54), his work with Dreamfield Sports and helping college athletes with NIL (22:55).
KZ’s final game at the Bounce House will be at the Hula Bowl, which is scheduled for noon on Saturday, January 15th. Tickets are on sale, and 50% of the proceeds will be donated to the family of Otis Anderson:
