It was a successful weekend for UCF Athletics as every UCF Knights team went undefeated, thanks to several great performances by Knights players. Here are our choices for this week’s edition of UCF’s Three Stars of the Week:
Cal Jennings
For the second straight week, UCF Men’s Soccer’s Cal Jennings makes our list as the Knights opened their 2019 home schedule against Penn State and UTRGV. Jennings scored twice in the 2-2 tie with Penn State:

Then he continued his torrid play the following match with another goal against UTRGV giving him four goals in the last three matches:

Jennings was named American Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week with his UCF Knights going 1-0-1.

McKenna Melville
Melville earned a spot on the American Athletic Conference Honor Roll with her performance this weekend, with 44 kills and 35 digs as the Knights went 3-0 against South Carolina, Albany and Kansas.

Konya Plummer
Senior defender Konya Plummer was named American Athletic Conference Defender of the Week as she helped anchor the Knights’ defense that shut down the Florida Gators for the second straight year, 2-0, Sunday night in Gainesville.
