Youth is served in our our Three UCF Knights Stars from the past week:

Caroline DeLisle

In UCF’s two matches in California, UCF Women’s Soccer goalie Caroline DeLisle made eight total saves, allowed a lone goal against Long Beach State and earned her third clean sheet of the season in the Knights’ OT victory at UC-Irvine on Sunday. The redshirt freshman was named the American Athletic Conference Goalie of Week.

DeLisle was part of UCF’s players winning Rookie of the Week, Goalie of the Week and Defender of the Week.

Gino Vivi

The freshman Vivi scored his first and second career goals in the Knights’ win at Florida Gulf Coast on Sept. 18 and also assisted on the third Knight goal.

Against South Carolina on Sunday, he again connected for an assist as UCF prevailed 2-0. Vivi had 2 goals and 2 assists for 6 points in the Knights two wins, which earned him American Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week honors.

Tunrada (Pat) Piddon

The freshman Piddon took home top medalist honors at the Mason Rudolph Championship in Nashville, finishing first in the individual standings in just her second collegiate start:

She sealed it with a -3 in the third round, and finished -6 for the weekend.
