It was a bombastic Citronaut Saturday at John Euliano Park as four UCF Knights blasted their first home runs of the season: Nick Romano (2-run), Ben McCabe (Solo), Tom Josten (Grand Slam), and Alex Freeland (Solo).

The hot bats were not the only ones to steal the show, as Connor Staine notched 8 punchouts while giving up only one hit and two unearned runs over 4.2 innings of work in his first start on the rubber as a ‘Naut. The rest of the arm barn were staut, working 4.1 innings of shutout ball.
