On this edition of the Black & Gold Banneret Podcast, Jeff, Eric and Brian discuss AAC commissioner Mike Aresco joining the rest of the G5 conferences in asking the NCAA for relief from Division I regulations, and how that will affect the UCF Knights now and going forward. They also discuss the situation in college football, including how the upcoming season may play out, and what they’d like to see when it does take place.

Then the guys discuss the Olympic sports (38:00) and how they might be forced to change, referring to Marc Daniels’ idea of an all-Florida Olympic sports conference. We talk about why it’s a great idea that won’t happen, and why Florida, Florida State and Miami would never go for it.

Finally, we wrap with some other stories around UCF and tease some upcomng NFL Draft content and more.
