Football season is back. And with football, tailgates and social gatherings back on the table, it’s time to celebrate what really ties it all together — food.
Introducing #UCFoodies, Black & Gold Banneret’s take on a cookbook, inspired by UCF Knights fans’ favorite foods. Each week leading up to game day, we’ll highlight a UCF foodie and their favorite game day recipes and traditions.
We’re looking for your best recipes — from smoked brisket and pigs in a blanket to potato skins and buffalo wings, it’s the food that brings us together on game day. And don’t forget about dessert!
We’ll be doing this every week through the football season, so make sure you send us your absolute best, no-fail, mouth-watering gameday grub, and who knows, we might come out to your tailgate for a taste test!
